Stuck at the last 10%

  • Memory tiering fix is code-complete but not deployed. The seam is still open on running containers until git pull + restart on Harvey. State.md documents the fix as pending deploy — no commit evidence of deployment yet.
  • Political-writing archival completed (40 pieces, all known leads closed) but the Fable parting audit from 2026-07-12 remains unmerged to main, awaiting Maarten's review.
