Acknowledgements¶
This is the acknowledgements section, in which the author thanks a range of individuals for their contributions to the book’s production. The author expresses particular gratitude to Mick Brooks for assistance with the economics section and proof-reading, and to Harry Whittacker, Jordi Martorell, and Fred Weston for proof-reading and suggestions.
