30. K. Marx. Resolution of Gratitude to the Delegates of the Central ( General) Council to the Geneva Congress[145]

Citizen Marx moved, and Dell seconded, a vote of thanks to the delegates for the able manner in which they had represented the Central Council at Geneva.
