Krylenko gave a detailed reply to Lenin’s letter, informing him that in addition to the already adopted criminal and criminal procedure codes, the next session of the All-Russia C.E.C. to be held in October is to consider the adoption of a code of laws on the judicial system and a code on civil substantive law.
