I propose that you carry out the supply of the Kashira construction site with the required electrotechnical materials absolutely precisely, making sure fully to meet the dates fixed by the project.

I categorically demand that no delay should be allowed in this matter which could lead to the non-fulfilment of the construction work by the established date.
