Tsyurupa, chief engineer of the Kashira Electric-Power Station, requesting assistance in obtaining the electrotechnical materials required for the construction site from the S.E.C.’s Electrical Department, to which Lenin sent a telegram on September 12, 1921 (see this volume, Document 380).
