I highly recommend to you the bearer of this, Comrade Eino Rahja, whom I have known since before the October Revolution as a most loyal Finnish Bolshevik. He is now a member of the C.C. of Finland’s Communist Party.

He must personally speak to you on a number of the most secret matters. Please, trust him fully and give him every possible assistance.
