Notes

[1] Written on the back of Krestinsky’s note to Lenin concerning the theses of a resolution on finance written by Y. Larin for the Third All-Russia Congress of Economic Councils (January 23–29, 1920) “I regard them as impracticable and politically harmful,” wrote Krestinsky.

On January 23, in view of Larin’s repeated statements conflicting with the policy of the Party, the Politbureau of the C.C.,   R.C.P.(B.) adopted a decision to remove him from the Board of the Supreme Economic Council.
