I suggest

(1) that we decide to issue our collection (Sbornik Sotsial-Demokrata);

(2) that we immediately draw up a list of articles;

(3) that we invite Bukh.+Yur.+A. M.^[2] +Saf.+Varin. Type-setting to be started immediately.
