I sent you today a wire asking you to substitute the article on pacifism (Grigory’s) for my article “The State of Affairs in S.D.”^[1] in the current issue of the C.O. If this is now too late, please have all the other material set up—we shall put out another No. of the C.O. immediately.

How about the pamphlet?^[2] Can Kuzma set it up? (About   100,000 ems. Desirably more cheaply—in two columns, requiring less paper. Let him give an exact estimate and indicate the date.)
