Dear Comrade Huysmans,
Thank you for your letter of August 31st. I was away for three days and that is why I did not reply earlier.[10] (...)[1] as for the report we have [now] arranged that matter. (...)[2]

The member of the Committee who started to write the report was also arrested; he was only released two weeks ago. Now he is here too. I deeply regret, dear comrade, that we caused you a good deal of trouble and inconvenience but you cannot imagine what a large number of militants we have lost and to what extent (...)[4]
